Can you post and tell me:
a few things you know how to cook and like doing
what you're interested in learning to cook
favorite foods (cheese is obviously tops here from the way you were huffing that Whole Foods gouda)
vegetables you love
banned ingredients
and some basics about your current kitchen (is your range gas or electric, is it hot enough in CA already that you need to minimize oven use, or do you have CA air conditioning)?
